What this does

Hardcut rev limiter on the BMW M3 F80 — sharp soft-cut replacement for launch / race use. Petrol only.

How to apply it

  1. Get a DaVinci Deluxe license (Standard 299€ lifetime, Pro 499€, Monthly 79€, Yearly 790€).
  2. Read the BIN from your Bosch MEVD17.2.9 via any OBD/bench tool (KESS, Autotuner, FoxFlash, MagicMotorsport).
  3. Open the file in DaVinci Deluxe, toggle Hardcut Rev Limiter, save the patched BIN. Checksum is auto-corrected.
  4. Flash the patched BIN back to the Bosch MEVD17.2.9. Done.
